Finding the motivation to study

This is when most people start to think about how much easier it would be to have graduated already and not have to deal with the pettiness and drama that college kids tend to attract. The job market sucks and it won't be a cake walk after you graduate. To be out of school in the real world seems like a very good thing, but be careful what you wish for.
Wikipedia describes senioritis as "chronic procrastination, lack of motivation, a drop in academic performance, and 'coasting,' which is the act of going through classes with very little concentration or application of intent." I don't have all of those symptoms yet, but I feel them coming on fast.
Even though you may have senioritis, it doesn't mean that you should slack off and mess up your education; you need to work through the laziness and reach toward your goals and a better life. Procrastination may seem like a good thing, but in the long run you'll be better off if you do your work now. I think this is one of those times when I need to follow my own advise: suck it up and deal.
