Last week on April 5, 6, and 7, the Bridgewater State College Dance Company put on its annual performance of Dance Kaleidoscope. This year, the dancers were fortunate enough to work with a very talented choreographer and teacher, Dr. Jody Weber. Weber is a professor here at BSC, and she runs her own dance company, Weber Dance. Her visions and choreography made the show an exciting experience for the dancers and audience alike.
BSC Dance and Weber Dance joined forces on the stage to show the result of all their hard work throughout the semester. The show was made up of eight modern dance numbers, each with its own unique style and concept. The performances went well, and of course, the dancers would not have been able to pull it off without their incredible stage manager, Heather Browning, who worked so hard to make the show look the way it did. Everyone involved is proud of what it turned out to be and very happy to have been able to take part in Dance Kaleidoscope 2007.
