Five artists that should be heard

Derek Trucks Band Butch Trucks, the drummer for The Allman Brothers Band, has a nephew that is the only apparent heir to slide virtuoso Duane Allman: Derek Trucks. He mostly plays slide guitar, something seldom heard. His childhood was spent among the Allman Brothers Band, and it shows; he is definitely influenced by their blues, but Trucks also has a background in jazz.
