The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act grants students who attend schools many different rights in regards to their education records. FERPA provides that any educational agency or institution may not receive federal funds if it has a policy or practice of releasing student educational records without the written consent of the student.

Whether you are a resident student with a meal plan or a commuter with the munchies, chances are that if you study at BSC; you've eaten here as well, courtesy of the hard working and receptive Sodexho food service workers we have here on campus.
That being said, the young service workers' union of BSC goes into contract negotiations next week.
